The most beneficial practices to me were the meditation and loving kindness. I just recently had a reception Saturday and it was very hectic for my husband and I. I had to meditate AND reflect back on the loving kindness exercise to have peace and remember to be happy and nice to everyone there despite how negative or rude they were being. It took a lot of meditation various times throughout the 3 hours of the reception but I made it through it and it turned out BEAUTIFUL!
I will work on continuing to incorporate these practices into my life daily and I have found this course and practices to actually help me more than I knew. Last Saturday helped me realize this!

I have found both meditation and loving kindness exercises to be extremely helpful...as well as the material in both texts for this class...I have shared much of it with my wife, and we practice together...it has been especially helpful with both of us doing it.
